We have arrived in Calais, France 🇫🇷

We ended up sailing toward France a day earlier due to a strong gale hitting the Netherlands, which we managed to sail away from.
Even so, we still ended up in 15 m/s winds and 2–3 meter waves out in the middle of the sea, but we handled it very well and are now safely in France 😊

Just before reaching the harbor in Calais, our rudder got stuck. Very carefully, we managed to maneuver the boat into the harbor, after which a thorough inspection began. Shown in the pictures:

Everyone is okay, and tomorrow we continue toward Dover in England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿
